HB 2396 - DIGEST

     Provides that a proposed use of ground water without a permit as authorized under RCW 90.44.050 may be considered to constitute an appropriate provision for potable water supply under this act only to the extent that all of the water uses to be supplied water under the exemption from permitting provided by RCW 90.44.050 for the proposed subdivision and dedication are in every respect consistent with the limitations on the use of the ground water without a permit, as those limitations are prescribed by or under RCW 90.44.050.
