HB 2537 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that a person whose license or certificate of approval is denied, revoked, or suspended as a result of violations of chapter 69.30 RCW may not:  (1) Serve as the person in charge of, be employed by, manage, or otherwise participate to any degree in a shellfish operation licensed or certified under chapter 69.30 RCW; or

     (2) participate in the harvesting, shucking, packing, or shipping of shellfish in commercial quantities or for sale for human consumption.
