HB 2719 - DIGEST

     Declares that it is an act of unprofessional conduct for a school district employee to provide transportation services to a student after school hours without the written authorization of the student's parent or legal guardian.

     Provides that all certificated instructional staff who violate this section are subject to the disciplinary actions of the superintendent of public instruction under RCW 28A.410.090.
