HB 2737 - DIGEST

     Requires the office of financial management to develop standard definitions for accounting and methods of reporting capital expenditures for fish habitat restoration and mitigation costs for all state agencies.  The standard accounting and reporting requirements shall be implemented on July 1, 1999.
