HB 2749 - DIGEST

     Provides that, for the purposes of obtaining visitation with a child, a person other than a parent or alleged parent may intervene in a pending paternity proceeding.  A person other than a parent may petition for visitation with a child under this act only if a final order has been entered in a paternity action commenced under chapter 26.26 RCW.
