HB 2783 - DIGEST

     Declares that collecting information and entering it in the judicial information system under this section does not constitute the practice of law, and clerks are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the litigants and entered in the judicial information system.

     Provides that, until final judgement is entered, domestic violence protection orders and antiharassment protection orders will be filed as separate civil causes of action.
