HB 2792 - DIGEST

     Directs the office of financial management to convene a work group, including private financial industry and the office of the state treasurer, to study and recommend alternate forms of private financing for public works projects.

     Makes an appropriation of fifty thousand dollars from the general fund to the office of financial management solely for the purposes of this act.
