     Directs the department of ecology to conduct a preconstruction analysis of Pine Hollow, located near the communities of Wiley City and Tampico in Yakima county, regarding its suitability as a site for the construction of a retainment dam and water storage reservoir.

     Makes an appropriation of three hundred thousand dollars to the department of ecology to carry out the purposes of this act.
