HB 2900 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Directs the department of social and health services to study and report on the practical application and fiscal impact of adopting the pro rata calculation of grants provided in this act.  The department shall report its findings to the house of representatives children and family services committee and to the senate human services and corrections committee by November 30, 1998.
