HB 2926 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in order to minimize the adverse impact of regional commercial airports on surrounding communities, no county-wide port district may construct a runway or cause a runway to be extended in those counties that have a population of one million or more, and that have a commercial airport within its geographical boundaries that has a minimum of 300,000 operations per year.
