HB 2956 - DIGEST

     Requires the state patrol to, whenever possible, conduct safety inspections at commercial vehicle terminals instead of along the highway.

     Provides that a commercial motor vehicle while operating upon the public highways of this state must not be stopped for a safety inspection without probable cause.

     Repeals RCW 46.64.060, and 46.64.070.
