HB 2991 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in determining whether land is primarily suited to agriculture and has long-term commercial significance, cities and counties shall primarily consider the land-capability classification system of the United States department of agriculture soil conservation service as defined in Agriculture Handbook No. 210 as it existed on the effective date of this act or its successor as determined by the department.
