HB 3019 - DIGEST

     Requires the ballot proposition to state the exact amount of the tolls or user fees to be charged.

     Provides that, if the tolls or user fees are approved at the election, the entity that collects the tolls or user fees cannot exceed the amounts specified in the ballot proposition without obtaining further approval from the voters in another election within the affected project area.
