HB 3048 - DIGEST

     Declares that all decisions to allow the consumption of spirits in areas of a sports entertainment facility that are outside of enclosed clubs and private suites shall be made prior to December 1 of any year and shall not take effect before the end of the regular legislative session in the next year.
