HB 3080 - DIGEST

     Requires that, before imposing or changing any parking rental fees, or any fees under this chapter, each institution and the joint center for higher education under chapter 28B.25 RCW shall establish a committee to advise the board on such fees, taking into account the market rate of comparable, privately owned rental parking in each region.
