HB 3095 - DIGEST

     Designates requirements for class size reduction.

     Requires that, by June 1, 1999, the superintendent of public instruction shall establish a summer institute for the improvement of instructional techniques and strategies for middle school, junior high school, and high school teachers.  Each institute shall be thirty hours of staff development for two thousand teachers.  The summer institute shall be offered each summer.
