HB 3101 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in addition to any other sentence terms required or permitted under chapter 9.94A RCW, a court may, as a condition of the sentence, order an offender to participate in rehabilitative programs or otherwise to perform affirmative conduct reasonably related to the circumstances of the crime for which the offender has been convicted and reasonably necessary or beneficial to the offender and the community in rehabilitating the offender or preventing the offender from committing the same or a similar crime in the future.
