HB 3115 - DIGEST

     Declares that, if the board or seizing law enforcement agency sells the forfeited property, no employee of the board or seizing law enforcement agency, nor any immediate family member of any employee of the board or seizing law enforcement agency, may bid on the forfeited property at auction or purchase the forfeited property at the sale.
