HB 3118 - DIGEST

     Provides that, after the effective date of this act, a person may not practice radiologic technology or purport to be a radiologic technologist unless the person is licensed in accordance with this act or holds a license issued by the secretary.

     Designates persons who are excepted from provisions of the act.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 18.84 RCW.
