     Requests that the Washington State Transportation Commission commence proceedings to name the segment of State Route 20 starting at the south end of Commercial Avenue in the city of Anacortes and ending at the Deception Pass/Whidbey Island junction the "Paul N. Luvera, Sr. Memorial Highway."
