(DIGEST AS ADOPTED)

     Resolves that the House meet the Senate in Joint Session on Tuesday, January 14, 1997, at 11:45 a.m. in the House Chamber, for the purpose of canvassing the vote of Constitutional elective state officers and receiving the State of the State message of Governor Mike Lowry.

     Resolves that the House meet the Senate in Joint Session on Wednesday, January 15, 1997, at 11:45 a.m. in the House Chamber for the purpose of inaugurating the Governor-elect Gary Locke, to receive his message, and to administer the oath of office to the Constitutional elective state officers.
