SB 5025 - DIGEST

     Provides that, if a person held a salmon gillnet Grays Harbor-Columbia river license or a salmon gillnet Willapa Bay-Columbia river license in 1993 but failed to obtain the license in any or all of the years 1994, 1995, or 1996, the person may qualify for a license in 1997 by paying the requisite annual fees and surcharges under RCW 75.28.110 for the year or years in which the license was not obtained.
