SB 5057 - DIGEST

     Provides that, if the county legislative authority adopts a resolution exempting the county, the authority to collect any fees or taxes that are predicated on participation under chapter 36.70A RCW shall terminate at the end of the calendar year in which the resolution is adopted, and any unexpended funds received through such fees and taxes and any unexpended funds received from the state for the purpose of planning under chapter 36.70A RCW shall be placed in the county general fund without restriction.
