SB 5117 - DIGEST

     Provides that, if the school board adopts a parental participation requirement, the school board shall adopt policies waiving that requirement for parents who indicate they are unable to participate.

     Declares that the parental participation requirement shall not be a condition, explicit or implicit, to any student's participation in the school or program.
