SB 5119 - DIGEST

     Requires the director of the environmental hearings office to make the determination, required under RCW 43.03.250, as to what statutorily prescribed duties, in addition to attendance at a hearing or meeting of the board, shall merit compensation.

     Makes an appropriation of eight thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the biennium ending June 30, 1999, from the general fund to the environmental hearings office.
