SB 5123 - DIGEST

     Directs the department to implement a policy for protecting children placed in state-operated or state-funded residential facilities who are vulnerable to sexual victimization by other youth placed in those facilities who are sexually aggressive.

     Requires a report on the implementation of the act by December 1, 1997.
