SB 5139 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the director to transfer a portion of the moneys in the parks improvement account to the state parks renewal and stewardship account and to expend moneys so transferred for any purpose provided for in RCW 43.51.275.

     Allows the sale of interpretive, recreational, and historical materials in parks and outside the parks.
