     Provides that the additional rod license allows a recreational fisher to fish with up to two fishing rods at a time.

     Declares that the annual cost of an additional rod license is five dollars.

     Allows the director to authorize the construction of the additional rod license from a durable material similar to the shellfish and seaweed license and may require external display of the additional rod license while a fisher is fishing with two rods.
