     Provides that the additional rod license allows a recreational fisher to fish with up to two fishing rods at a time for food fish in marine fishing areas.

     Declares that the annual cost of an additional rod license is ten dollars.

     Allows the director to authorize the construction of the additional rod license from a durable material similar to the shellfish and seaweed license and may require external display of the additional rod license while a fisher is fishing with two rods.
