SB 5234 - DIGEST

     Provides that moneys from unclaimed lottery prizes shall be used as follows:  (1) Fifty percent of the moneys, not exceeding one million dollars, shall be deposited quarterly in the education support account; and

     (2) the remainder of the moneys shall be retained in the state lottery account for further use as prizes.
