SB 5236 - DIGEST

     Provides that, on or before June 30, 1997, the state universities, regional universities, and The Evergreen State College shall dissolve the organization known as the council of presidents.

     Directs each institution of higher education participating in the council of presidents to transfer into the institution's financial aid fund under RCW 28B.15.820, any unexpended money the institution has budgeted for the council of presidents during the 1995-1997 biennium.
