(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises provisions relating to the regulation of engineers and land surveyors.

     Provides that the board shall conduct investigations in response to a written, sworn statement of complaint concerning alleged violations of the statute or rules adopted by the board.

     Requires the board to immediately notify a registrant when a complaint is filed.
