     Revises RCW 46.52.020 to apply to circumstances where the death of a person ensues within three years as a proximate result of injury proximately caused by the driver or where the accident is the proximate cause of an injury to a person.

     Provides that, a driver fleeing the scene of an automobile accident, whose driving proximately caused the death of any other person within three years of the accident, is guilty of vehicular homicide which is a level VII, class A felony.
