(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the liquor control board to use deposits to this account and the interest from such deposits to fund construction and maintenance of a centralized distribution center for liquor products intended for sale through the board's liquor store and vendor system.

     Requires that, by June 30, 1997, the state treasurer shall transfer from the liquor revolving account to the liquor control board construction and maintenance account, the revenue generated from the additional markup imposed on July 1, 1996, for the financing of a new distribution center.
