SB 5314 - DIGEST

     Declares that, after June 30, 1997, any growth in the five percent available under RCW 82.44.110 to the state patrol crime laboratory system shall be available to fund enhancements in either the state patrol crime laboratory system or the state toxicology laboratory, at the discretion of the forensic investigations council created under RCW 43.103.030.
