SB 5373 - DIGEST

     Provides that no state agency may purchase a parcel of land in excess of one hundred contiguous acres in any county in which public land, federal land, and tribal land together constitute more than fifty-five percent of the total area of the county, without the specific authorization of the county legislative body.
