(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 46.52.030 relating to accident report requirements.

     Authorizes the filing of an accident report by one person, either the person involved or a law enforcement officer.

     Increases the time for a report by the driver involved in an accident from twenty-four hours to four days.
