SB 5545 - DIGEST

     Requires a state or local governmental agency to directly relate a fee imposed by the agency to the service given for the fee.

     Requires a state or local governmental agency to prepare an economic impact statement on a fee proposal, and as part of the economic impact statement, the governmental agency shall complete a standardized checklist, which the business assistance center shall prepare using the guidelines for the contents of a small business economic impact statement in RCW 19.85.040.
