SB 5626 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that a transport tag may not be required to hunt black bear or cougar when, under conditions set out under RCW 77.32.340, the commission determines that for the purposes of achieving harvest management goals for black bear or cougar, that transport tags shall be available at no cost.
