SB 5767 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in allocating funds for salary increases for certificated instructional staff, the legislature shall not allocate any salary increase funds to a school district to the extent that the district's derived base salary for certificated instructional staff for state allocation purposes exceeds the state-wide salary allocation schedule established in the biennial appropriations act.
