(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes appellate judges to be appointed as pro tempore judges to complete pending business at the end of their terms of office.

     Restricts the appointment to one time and to no more than sixty days.

     Provides that the salary shall be the same as the judge was receiving at the end of the term.
