SB 5796 - DIGEST

     Provides that a proportional registration licensee, a motor vehicle fuel licensee, a special fuel licensee, and an aircraft fuel licensee, who files or against whom is filed a petition in bankruptcy, shall, within ten days of the filing, notify the department of the proceedings in bankruptcy, including the identity and location of the court in which the proceedings are pending.
