SB 5800.E - DIGEST

     Declares that for shorelines of the state west of the crest of the Cascade mountains, this exception applies to docks that do not exceed four hundred square feet in area or eight feet in width at any point.  For shorelines of the state east of the crest of the Cascade mountains, this exception applies to docks with a fair market value that does not exceed ten thousand dollars.
