SB 5805 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions relating to the functions and responsibilities of the office of marine safety.

     Repeals provisions of the 1995 transportation budget and of chapter 200, Laws of 1991 which transferred the functions of the office of marine safety to the department of ecology.

     Transfers all powers, duties, and functions of the office of marine safety pertaining to contingency planning under RCW 88.46.060 to the department of ecology.
