SB 5902 - DIGEST

     Declares that the costs of providing a basic education under RCW 28A.150.250, 28A.150.260, and 28A.150.350 have increased ten percent, and all basic education allocations under these provisions shall be increased by ten percent after adjustments have been made for enrollment changes, compensation increases, or inflationary adjustments.  Such funds shall constitute levy reduction funds and shall be so designated in the omnibus appropriations act.
