SB 5916 - DIGEST

     Provides that judges of the superior court are not subject to any mandatory dues or assessments as a condition of membership in the association.

     Requires the office of the administrator for the courts to provide all necessary assistance to the association in carrying out its duties for the governance of the superior courts under Article IV, section 24 of the state Constitution.
