SB 5932 - DIGEST

     Directs the department of revenue to perform a study to:  (1) Analyze the relative business and occupation tax burden on the retail industry in comparison with other industry sectors;

     (2) analyze the economic impacts of any potential changes; and

     (3) evaluate the impact of any recommended changes in the taxation of the retail industry with respect to equity among all industries.
