     Provides that no license under the provisions of chapter 19.28 RCW shall be required from any manufacturer or any person, firm, partnership, or other entity employed by a manufacturer of power generation equipment because of work in connection with the installation, repair, modification, or maintenance of premanufactured assemblies of electrical power generation equipment and control gear.

     Declares that nothing in RCW 19.28.510 through 19.28.620 shall be deemed to apply to the installation, maintenance, or modification of premanufactured electric power generation equipment assemblies and control gear equipment by a manufacturer or authorized manufacturer's representative.
