SB 5988 - DIGEST

     Authorizes each city or county to adopt development regulations governing the height of vegetation in areas the city or county has determined to be view-sensitive based upon local valuations and assessments.

     Authorizes each city or county to implement incentive programs to remedy nonconforming heights of existing vegetation.
