(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares the council shall be organized as a private, nonprofit corporation.

     Revises the membership of the council.

     Declares that the secretary of state shall provide administrative assistance and support to the Washington quality award council only to the extent that the legislature appropriates funds specifically designated for this purpose.

     Deletes references to the quality for Washington state foundation.
